Signoryx, LLC provides notary public services in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
A notary public is a public official authorized to perform certain legal formalities, including administering oaths and witnessing signatures.
No Legal Advice
Signoryx, LLC and its representatives are not attorneys licensed to practice law and may not provide legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
We do not:
- Explain or interpret the contents of any document
- Advise on the legality or enforceability of documents
- Recommend specific legal actions

Notarial Fees Disclosure
All notarial fees are charged in compliance with applicable Ohio Revised Code Section 147.08.
- In-person notarizations are limited to the state-regulated maximum fee per act
- Remote Online Notarization (RON) fees are charged within state-approved limits
- Additional fees may apply for travel, convenience, or technology services and will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to service
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Remote online notarizations are conducted using secure, state-compliant platforms that verify identity and record the notarial session as required by law.
By using our remote services, you acknowledge and consent to:
- Identity verification procedures
- Audio-visual recording of the session
- Electronic document processing
Privacy & Confidentiality
Signoryx is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected during the notarization process is used solely for identification, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes as required by law.
We do not sell or share personal information except as required by legal or regulatory obligations.
Document Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Ensuring documents are complete and accurate prior to notarization
- Understanding the contents of the documents being signed
- Providing valid, government-issued identification
Signoryx is not responsible for the legality, validity, or content of any document notarized.
Right to Refuse Service
Signoryx reserves the right to refuse service in situations including, but not limited to:
- Inability to verify identity
- Suspicion of coercion, fraud, or incapacity
- Incomplete or improper documents
- Requests that violate applicable laws or notary regulations
